Event: Steelers Kickoff & Rib Festival
Location: Art Rooney Drive, outside of Heinz Field
Date: September 2 through September 6, 2010
Time: Thursday, Sept. 2 through Sunday, Sept. 5, noon until midnight. September 6 is from noon until 7pm (Labor Day). Concerts begin at 7:30 pm Friday through Sunday and at 4pm on Monday.
Description: FREE admission! Of course, the game isn’t free, but all the festivities surrounding the kickoff of the 2010 season are! Free concerts from national music artists including The Clarks, Bret Michaels, Little Big Town and Uncle Cracker, world-renowned rib vendors, kids activities (on Thursday) and more! Friday through Monday, the Coca Cola Great Hall will also be open so you can walk around and see all the memorabilia. Visit the Steelers website for more details.
