The City of Pittsburgh now boasts two spray parks for the kiddos to cool down at during the warm summer months. Best of all, these parks are FREE to visit, and you don’t need to know how to swim to take advantage. All ages and abilities can enter with equal abandon (and they’re handicapped accessible).
